Our proven experience in special projects for larger facilities allows in-house maintenance and engineering teams to focus on their day to day tasks. We understand that budgets are critical. Examples of larger facility projects include water damage repairs and restoration, siding system replacement, remodeling of individual units, whole building window replacement, conversion of spaces from one function to another, and multi-unit upgrades.
We are one of the only contracting companies to have special training in Universal Design. This is an approach that promotes accessibility and functionality to accomodate diverse needs. Universal design may involve wheelchair access or fall prevention modifications. For our residential clients who desire to stay in their home as they go through temporary or permanent changes in needs, we offer home modifications by a Certified Aging-in Place Specialist, trained in Universal Design.
